Ssangyong introduces rustic electric model

Cologne (dpa / tmn) – Ssangyong is expanding its model range with another off-road vehicle: it bears the name Torres and closes the gap between the compact Korando and the large Rexton. According to the manufacturer, the Torres will go on sale in Korea this summer as a petrol engine and as a diesel.

The four-door car with a rustic design and a coarse grill at the bow and a spare wheel at the rear, which was hit from the outside, is due to arrive in Europe at the end of next year.

Then, however, he will drive without emissions, Ssangyong continues. After all, the all-wheel drive vehicle named after a national park in Patagonia is exported exclusively with electric drive.
