If you eat more, you have to move more

Many people find it difficult to do without thickeners such as chocolate or even a Mettbrötchen. But a person who moves sufficiently does not need to have a guilty conscience if he sins from time to time. Endurance sports are particularly suitable because they consume the most kilocalories (kcal).

A 70 kilo jogger burns around 350 kcal at a medium running pace in half an hour. If you find this too strenuous, walking is well advised. It protects the joints, because here – unlike when running – the flight phase is missing.

A variant is Nordic walking, a dynamic walking with sticks, similar to cross-country skiing. Compared to classic walking, almost twice as many kilocalories are consumed here: when Nordic walking, the body burns about 340 kcal in half an hour, while walking only 193 kcal.
